We want to give mothers + families the most calm + nurturing newborn session day experience we can possibly provide. Our newborn sessions are held in our lovely natural light boutique studio in Centerville OH, providing a relaxing experience as we elegantly style you and your baby to perfection. 

Our approach to newborn sessions is organic + simplistic, where the focus will be on your loving family connections with your baby, along with natural baby images. We will not only create sweet + timeless images of your newborn alone, but your gallery will also be full of gorgeous love-filled moments between your baby + family.

The Portfolio

The newborn will typically remain swaddled or snuggled up with parents for much of the session to keep your tiny little one comfortable + warm. We prefer simple + elegant styling with florals + greenery, lovely textures, bonnets and hair accessories to naturally showcase the beauty of your sweet new baby. Immediate family + siblings are always welcome + strongly encouraged to be included in the newborn session, as they are part of your growing family’s life story. 

 We want to help time stand still for your growing family by documenting all of the sentimental details + beautiful moments for you. We'll provide a custom and equally special session day experience you'll love, and ends with tangible artwork you will treasure.

The ideal time to photograph a newborn session is between the first 1-3 weeks of life. We only accept a limited number of newborns per month, so please reserve your session date as early as possible to ensure a session with us.

How old should my baby be for their newborn portraits?

Our newborn sessions always encourage family to be a big part of the session! We have a lifestyle approach that really focuses on the natural and loving connections your family has for your new baby. We will certainly capture beautiful newborn portraits of your little one alone as well, preserving all of those precious details we know you’ll cherish as they grow.

Is family involved in the newborn session or is it mostly photos of the baby?

Our client wardrobe specializes in providing a boutique wardrobe for women and young children. We have a growing collection of shirts for Dad and select pieces for children 5T+. Before your session takes place, we’ll invite you to our studio where we will help do all the style planning for you!

You can browse our wardrobe collection like it’s your own closet until we decide the best combinations for each member of your family. If we don’t have a certain item you need, we’ll help you find it! We also provide you with tons of style inspiration in our exclusive planning guide you’ll receive upon booking.

What should my family wear for the newborn session?

Aside from personal care items such as diapers, bottles, pacifiers, etc. we provide everything you may need for a beautiful newborn session. Our client closet is overflowing with beautifully textured blankets, swaddles, onesies, knit bonnets, delicate hair bows + so much more! If there’s an heirloom item that’s dear to you, you are always welcome to bring it but everything else is completely taken care of!

What do I need to bring for my baby during their newborn session?
